Haematoxylin-eosin (HE):
Dermal moderately cellular interdigitating sheets of proliferating spindle-shaped
fibroblasts, in a variably collagenous stroma. Intact epidermis with acanthosis
and hyperkeratosis.
Hematoxylin-phloxin-safran (HPS): Multiple eosinophilic round small intracytoplasmic
inclusions (2-13µm) bright red stained.
